At-Home Learning

We understand that having your student at home every day is a huge adjustment. Even though your student's education will now take place in your home, we know that most of you aren't teachers by profession. Rest assured, our teachers are highly engaged and will still be teaching your students. We’re focusing on providing our students every opportunity to be successful as we transition to at-home learning and complete our school year.
Our plans follow the direction of the Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE) and national standards and educational best practices for remote learning. You can view an overview of our Instructional Plan here. Our Parent Guide for the Transition to At-Home Learning provides many helpful details about what to expect.
We've also created some Technology Resources for parents. View this page for guides to many of the online platforms and tools your student will be using.

If you're interested in additional optional activities, visit the Learning Enrichment Opportunities page for several resources by grade level for elementary, middle, and high school students.

This is new territory for everyone, and we're all in this together. Help us keep the lines of communication open by contacting your teachers or school principal if you have any questions or concerns.
