BUS STOPS & SCHEDULES
If your student rides the bus, be sure to check the bus schedule information before the first day of school! Some bus numbers and times have changed. To view bus stops & pick up/drop off times, click here.
Reminders: Morning pick up and afternoon drop off times are approximate. Please have your student at the stop 5 minutes before morning stop time. We ask for your patience in the first few weeks of school as we learn which students plan to ride the bus, add stops for new students, and make adjustments to routes as needed. Check for updates to times and route information and view the School Bus Rules & Expectations on the Transportation page of this website.
CHILD NUTRTION PROGRAM
Pelham City Schools strongly encourages families to complete the Free & Reduced Meals Application as soon as possible. A new application must be submitted each year, and only one application is required for all children in the household. The online application process assures data privacy and determination of student benefits. Families must pay for school meals until their application is processed and approved, so please apply as soon as possible.

Note: The school calendar for the 2024-2025 school year has been revised. Tuesday, September 3, 2024 has been changed to a professional development day for teachers and staff. No school for students. The proposed change was reviewed and approved at the July 30, 2024 Board of Education meeting.
IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS
The Alabama Immunization Law requires all students to have an up to date Certificate of Immunization in order to attend school. View details here or visit the Health Services page for more resources recommended immunization schedules by age and more.

CIRCOOL VISITOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Pelham City Schools has transitioned to Circool - a new visitor management platform for efficiently handling visitor check-ins and enhancing school safety. Parents and visitors will utilize their mobile device for RSVPs, check-ins and more. Parents were sent an email in July with details about how to create an account and get started. More details.
