Immunization Requirement for 6th Grade Entry
All students 11 and older entering the sixth grade in Alabama schools are required to have a tetanus-diphtheria-acellular pertussis (Tdap) vaccine. The Tdap vaccine will protect adolescents from pertussis and keep them from spreading disease to siblings, other family members and other students. If you are not sure if your child has received this vaccine, please contact their medical provider.  You will need to provide an updated Certificate of Immunization (COI) to Pelham Park Middle School before school starts. Click here for details.

School Supplies
For those who pre-ordered supplies, they should be picked up at the school on July 24 during Registration times.

If you did not pre-purchase school supplies from the school, you can view the list on the School Supplies Lists page.

Summer Reading
All students are encouraged to read a book, any book, that they enjoy over the summer in order to develop and reinforce a love of reading.  Students have the freedom to choose any novel that they’d like to read. Click here for details and a list of great choices by grade level
