Pelham City Schools will return to our normal school schedule on Tuesday, January 27. As temperatures remain cold this week, please ensure students are dressed warmly for bus stops and outdoor transitions. We look forward to seeing everyone back at school tomorrow.

The Board of Education meeting originally scheduled for January 26 has been rescheduled to Monday, February 2, at 6:30 p.m. at Pelham Park Middle School.
If necessary, additional updates will be shared via email, the PCS app, and Pelham City Schools' social media channels.

Educators and school counselors from across central and north Alabama flew aboard a KC-135R Stratotanker, experienced the boom simulator, and toured key areas of the base—gaining firsthand insight into the day-to-day operations of this Birmingham-based unit.
Experiences like this strengthen connections between education and real-world careers while highlighting leadership, teamwork, and service. We're grateful to the 117th Air Refueling Wing for welcoming our educators and sharing their mission.


Congratulations to Abinav from Pelham Oaks ,and Aadhya from Pelham Ridge for representing their schools at the regional spelling bee.
After winning their schoolwide competitions, both students advanced to compete at the regional level—a wonderful accomplishment that reflects their hard work, dedication, and love of learning. We are proud of them for representing Pelham City Schools so well!
