Students will be eligible for meals at no cost during scheduled school days through the end of the 2020 - 2021 school year, or until funding for the program is no longer available.
We strongly recommend families to continue to fill out free and reduced applications to ensure there is no lapse in coverage to those that qualify when the program ends.
Important details include:

  • Meal pick up is available at Pelham Park Middle School and Pelham High School.
  • Pick up times will take place on Wednesdays between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm.

Letters from PCS Revenue Control Systems
On March 24, 2021 we were made aware that some of you may have received a letter concerning a data breach from a company called PCS Revenue Control Systems. If you have, the letter indicates that PCS Revenue Control Systems “is a provider of food, nutrition, and other technology products and services serving K-12 educational institutions.” At this time the only students who we can confirm have received this letter were enrolled in Pelham schools prior to the 2014-2015 school year.

Please be aware Pelham City Schools does not and has never used PCS Revenue Control Systems for our school lunch software. We are currently unaware of what school lunch software may have been used by other school systems in which your child may have been enrolled prior to the 2014-2015 school year.

Please know that Pelham City Schools takes your students’ information very seriously.

  • Pelham City Schools does not share social security numbers with our school lunch program provider or with any other district purchased software.
  • If a data breach is experienced with software purchased by Pelham City Schools now or in the future, affected persons will be notified by us when we have confirmed that a breach has occurred.
  • We have no reason to believe that our lunch program provider has suffered a similar data breach, but we are reaching out to our provider to be certain. We will update you if we learn otherwise.

If you received the letter from PCS Revenue Control Systems, we realize that it is concerning to you and your student(s). If you were enrolled in Pelham schools prior to the 2014-2015 school year and would like more information, you can find it on the PCS Revenue Control Systems website. Again, Pelham City Schools has no past or current connection with PCS Revenue Control Systems.

If we can be of any further assistance in this matter, please feel free to reach out to us as pcstech@pelhamcityschools.org.
