Parents and guardians are able to monitor student's grades and attendance through the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

Parents/guardians were sent login information for the PowerSchool Parent Portal at the beginning of the school year. If you did not receive it or if you have any questions about accessing the PowerSchool Parent Portal, please contact the registrar at your student’s school.

After receiving the access information from your student’s school you will need to follow the following steps in order to access the PowerSchool Parent Portal:

  1. Open the internet browser on your computer.
  2. Type https://pelhamcs.powerschool.com/public into the address bar.
  3. Click on the "Create Account" tab and then the "Create Account" button. 
  4. Enter the Parent Account details to create the username and password that you desire. Please use the same email address that you used when completing your registration through PowerSchool Enrollment to avoid creating a duplicate account.
  5. In the Link Students to Account Area, enter the students name(s) and relationship along with the “Access ID” and “Access Password” that were provided by the school. If you have multiple students in the district, you will have a different Access ID and Password for each student to connect them to your account. You will receive one of these letters for each student in our district.
  6. Once you enter all student's access information and click the "Enter" button to create the account, an email will be sent to the email address entered during the account creation process to validate your account. After that validation has occurred, you will be able to login to your new parent account at https://pelhamcs.powerschool.com/public or using the PowerSchool Mobile app located in the iOS and Google Play app store. 
  • The Grades and Attendance tab will allow you to check assignments and scores by clicking on the blue percentage across from a class.
  • The Grades History tab will show you the grades your child received in previous grading periods.
  • The Teacher Comments tab is used to access current teacher comments for your student.
  • If you have any questions regarding the use of PowerSchool please contact the school office.
