COVID-19

2021-2022 Operations & Instruction Plans
Take a moment to review our REVISED plans (August 4, 2021) and subsequent Superintendent Updates to the plans
for school operations and instruction with a continued focus on the health and safety of our students and staff. 

COVID-19 Reporting Form
Students and staff members who have a positive COVID diagnosis or are required to quarantine due to close contact should complete the COVID-19 Reporting Form. This form should be used instead of contacting a school principal, teacher, or school nurse. To complete the form in Spanish, click here.
